You hope to never experience it; a resuscitation. However, it is good to know the key skills to use in case of an emergency. Invest 4 hours of your time

In four hours you will learn what to do if someone is unconscious and not breathing or in cardiac arrest. From an experienced Red Cross instructor, you will learn how to perform CPR. Emergency situations are simulated in which you practice techniques such as chest compressions and ventilation. During the session you will receive tips & tricks and will be able to ask all your questions.
